The fifth Glenmorangie whiskey from the "A Tale of..." series is inspired by the scents of ice cream parlour, and this single malt is exactly that, sweet, rich, delicate and wondrously creamy. Like all the previous ones, this whiskey is primarily aged in bourbon casks, while its final components are obtained in specially toasted high-vanilin barrels, which further enrich the whiskey with sweet notes. Beautiful bronze color with sweet notes of honey, vanilla, biscuits with butter and lemon, dried fruit, candied orange peel and caramel on the nose. A harmonious and creamy palate is adorned with the pastry aromas of brioche, honey, praline, coconut, cinnamon and lemon sorbet. A long-lasting finish followed by sweet notes of caramel in the aftertaste.
