A sparkling rosé wine made from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay by traditional method. It is aged on fine lees for a minimum of two years. Characteristic salmon pink color. On the nose, dominate aromas of strawberries and raspberries, followed by notes of berry fruits and yeast. It is mineral, vibrant and dry on the palate with fine and long-lasting pearls.
