This pinot noir perfectly embodies the most attractive features of this unique variety. It has a beautiful scent of violets, cherries and wild strawberries that spreads intensely from the glass. After that, fine spicy aromas of tobacco and dark chocolate are revealed. It has a complex smell that develops in the glass to become even more complex and interesting. Finally, the original floral-fruity notes turn into sweet spices. The taste is also complex and at the same time very attractive. The accentuated fruitiness is covered by excellently dosed acids and spices that arise from the high alcohol content and the subtle influence of the wooden barrel. Macerated, aged for a year in wooden barrels. An excellent wine that will further develop with aging.
