Galić Galileo Premium Graševina

Galić Galileo is a premium Graševina (Welschriesling) from 2022, produced in a limited series of only 1800 bottles. It was produced in a Galileo Oak barrel, the first of its kind in Croatia, and the ninth in the world. This barrel represents a combination of tradition and innovation, and thanks to its spherical shape and 360° rotation system, it allows gentle mixing during fermentation, which results in a delicate process of extraction and maturation. Also, thanks to the glass window, it is possible to observe all stages of fermentation and maturation of this premium wine.
Galileo Graševina 2022 is the result of the first application of the clonal selection method for this wine. Buds from 50 vineyards were selected and four samples of the highest quality were chosen, directly improving the varietal characteristics of Graševina. Thanks to this technique, the exceptional depth, complexity and unique notes of this wine are obtained.
