A red non-alcoholic wine made out of Syrah and Grenache. The maceration lasts for two days, and the fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks. A small amount of wine, 5%, is aged in new French oak barrels. Deep ruby red color. Intense on the nose with aromas of dark berry fruits and spices, out of which the most notable is the clove. On the palate, the wine is smooth, full of fruity flavor and with a long-lasting finish.
