At altitudes between 700 and 900 meters, the grapes for Celeste Crianza are grown. This Tempranillo (Tinto Fino) comes from the Ribera del Duero region in Spain, and thanks to the heights at which it is cultivated, it produces wines with a pleasant freshness. The maceration for Celeste Crianza lasts between 15 and 20 days, and malolactic fermentation partially occurs in new oak barrels. Over twelve months, the wine ages in French and American oak barrels, 17% of which are new. Its full expression is achieved in the bottles, where it is aged for at least twelve months before being released to the market. It has a deep ruby-red color and a rich bouquet dominated by jammy notes of berry fruits, dried plums, toasted cocoa, and spices like vanilla. It has a silky texture on the palate and a long-lasting finish.
