A non-alcoholic sparkling wine made out of the Muscat of Alexandria. The harvest starts in the middle of August, and fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks for two weeks, after which the wine undergoes the process of dealcoholization. A lovely pale yellow color and lively bubbles. On the nose, the wine is gentle and delicate with notes of tropical fruits like bananas and mangoes. Aromas of apples and citrus are present on the palate, as well as fine minerality.
