The Jean Leon winery is known for a big collection of wines inspired by Catalonia’s classic varieties. One of them is Jean Leon Xarello. The vine cultivation and wine production are placed in the Penedès area. After the harvest, the alcoholic fermentation lasts twelve days, and thanks to an aging on fine lees, the complexity of the wine is created. Aromatic on the nose, dominated by aromas of citrus, peaches and Mediterranean herbs. It is elegant and salty on the palate, with a gentle freshness and a long-lasting finish.
