Xtrian Brut Rosé is an ideal choice for an entire meal. It works excellently as an aperitif and pairs just as confidently with dishes from start to finish. It is especially recommended with fish specialties and seafood delicacies such as raw scampi, crab, and oysters, fish carpaccio, as well as various risottos and pasta dishes with seafood.

Xtrian Brut Rosé is produced by pressing Refosco grapes and made using the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle. After fermentation, it ages on fine lees for a minimum of 24 months, gaining pronounced complexity, finesse, and depth. It is distinguished by an attractive salmon-pink color, highlighted in the glass by delicate, persistent streams of fine bubbles. On the nose and palate, aromas of red berry fruit dominate, with a pronounced note of gooseberry, harmoniously complemented by refined yeasty nuances of brioche and bread crust. The palate is velvety and refreshing, with expressive fruitiness and a long-lasting finish that emphasizes the varietal character of Refosco. Thanks to its lightness, balance, and persistence, Xtrian Brut Rosé stands out as an exceptionally elegant sparkling wine that leaves a strong yet refined impression.
