Pale yellow and crystal clear in color, this 100% Istrian Malvasia from the Pianel vineyard site on the Buje hills reveals intense and fresh aromas of vineyard peach and summer pear, complemented by elegant floral and herbal nuances of linden, elderflower, orange blossom, and jasmine. On the palate, it is dry, moderately fresh, and full-bodied, with a pronounced oily texture and a long, mineral finish in which notes of ripe apple and Williams pear continue. This is a layered white wine with a serious and distinctive character.
