Poletti Cabernet Sauvignon is a powerful and refined expression of one of the world’s most esteemed red grape varieties, faithfully reflecting the character of the Istrian terroir and the philosophy of the Poletti winery. The wine stands out with its deep ruby color and rich, layered aromas of dark berry fruit, such as blackberry and blackcurrant, enhanced by notes of spice and subtle smoky nuances. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, with pronounced yet velvety tannins that provide structure and seriousness, while balanced freshness ensures a long-lasting and elegant finish. The varietal characteristics of Cabernet Sauvignon, power, complexity, and aging potential, are clearly expressed through carefully managed vinification and controlled maturation. Thanks to its structure and balance, it has exceptional aging potential of up to fifteen years, during which it develops additional depth and complexity.
