This is a very good example of an Istrian cabernet sauvignon. A powerful wine that will go well with a rich cuisine. Pasta with darker sauces such as fuži (Istrian pasta) with Istrian beef (boškarin), such as steaks, sous vide veal cheeks, etc.

Wine produced from the cabernet sauvignon variety grown in their own vineyards in the Momjan area (Štancija). The grapes are organically farmed and satisfy all the necessary requirements. The specially selected grapes, after a long maceration, are aged for 18 months in oak barrels. Bright ruby red in color, with elegant aroma, pronounced herbal aroma and distinctive notes of black currant and berries.
