Cabernet sauvignon is a variety that originated from the spontaneous crossing of cabernet franc and sauvignon. The quality of the wine is significantly influenced by the microclimatic conditions of grapevine cultivation. The characteristics of the Korlat site guarantee individuality and top quality of the wine made from this world-class and recognized variety. Wine connoisseurs consider it the king of red wines, the title which it justifies in many ways. The Korlat cabernet sauvignon is very dark, deep, almost black in color, with distinctive purple reflections. The aromatic profile is characterized by a rich variety of aromas such as plums, blueberries, black currant, and a discreet spicy note. The wine is full of harmonious, concentrated aromas, with a slightly more pronounced freshness and plenty of ripe tannins. A careful long-term nourishment in oak barrels created a unique wine for special occasion.
