Saints Hills Posh
Istria and Primorje, Croatia
It is interesting that Posh is the first Istrian pošip. The vines in Istria have been newly planted and are still young. The reason for the final impression of this wine is found in the aforementioned fact. Posh is noticeably more gentle than its South Dalmatian siblings. It truly leaves the impression of a young pošip - flowery, elegant, with the aromas of fresh stone fruits and apples. The aftertaste reveals that this wine is a true pošip, with the aromas of ripe fruits and figs. An unconfirmed wine legend says that the first Posh wines contained grapes from the old vines of Korčula.
