Extremely popular in the last two years, the Tomaz Flaminio rosé is made of pure Teran, which already has accentuated acids as a variety that will additionally come to the fore in all young wine styles. Almost crunchy structures, acids burst in the mouth like a young apple, but raspberries and cherry plum soon take over and slowly water towards the tropical aroma of passion fruit. An excellent example of Istrian, Teran rose that often has champagne acids with typical rose wine aromas.
