This is Tilia's fresh, fruity Pinot. Fans of Tilia wine will not be left eager, because the fresh edition of Tilia Pinot Noir is like the others. As during the vinification of Estate Pinot Noir, a part of must is reduced to concentrate the aromas and the harvest is done with more mature grapes. Follows the active batonage (mixing on yeasts) and then the maturation in oak. The goal was to create a Pinot Noir with more pronounced varietal aromas of red berries, forrest fruit and with mild smokiness.
