A white wine made out of the Muscat of Alexandria, a grape variety of the Moscato family. After the harvest at the end of August, an alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks starts, followed by the process of the dealcoholization, while preserving the recognizable flavors and aromas. The result is the wine in pale yellow color. It is rich in aromas of orange blossom and green apples. Fresh on the palate and slightly bitter thanks to the variety. Aromas of citrus are present.
