Kadum Malvasia comes from organically grown vineyards and is hand-harvested. The wine is a brilliant golden-yellow color with crystal highlights. On the nose, fresh apricot, orange peel, and yellow apple dominate, while further aeration brings forth notes of vineyard peach, green grass, mint, and acacia. On the palate, the wine is dry, medium-bodied, warm and soft with pleasant freshness. Clearly expressed on the palate, with a long fruity‑mineral finish dominated by peach notes.
