It goes well with orehnjača, gibanica and chocolate and caramel cookies, with the addition of coffee or orange peel. It is an interesting combination with cheeses with noble mold.

Valentino White is made from dried, organically grown grapes of mixed varieties, representing the estate’s healthiest and finest harvests. Grapes are harvested in early October into wooden crates, where they naturally dry in a dry, airy location until March, developing rich dried-fruit aromas. Each bunch is carefully inspected before pressing. From approximately 20 kg of grapes, only 1 liter of Valentino is produced. The wine then matures in 225-liter oak barrels for 24 to 60 months. Bottling is done by hand, barrel by barrel, following biodynamic principles and the lunar cycle.
