Batič Malvazija is, in accordance with the philosophy of the winery, produced according to the lunar calendar, according to biodynamic principles. Although it is not a macerate, or more precisely not an orange wine, the fermentation took place naturally and on natural yeasts, so it is fuller and somewhat different from the usual, fresh ones.
The nose is dominated by white flowers, apricots and sage. In the mouth there is an impression of fuller and more viscous wine, and floral aromas are repeated. The acids are of medium maturity and blend nicely.
