Wine belonging to the first qualitative range of the Krauthaker House. Complex, with a lot of freshness and fruity aromas backed by spicy notes, expressed with good measure and subtlety. It matured largely in wood - barrique was used precisely to achieve greater complexity, and partly to preserve freshness and fruitiness in stainless steel containers. It is a lighter straw-yellow color with a delicate greenish tinge, (at first) relatively discreet on the nose, the bouquet points to local white stone fruit and a traces of citrus, intertwined with vanilla and lemon peel, and a touch of wood and smoke. In the mouth, the wine is very lively, with good acidity combined with mild sweetness, nice - creamy - rounded, warm, firm-bodied and fruity with a lively finish of solid permanence, and an aftertaste with a hint of smoke. The wine still has room for successful aging.
