Darker yellowish color. Very elastic viscosity. During swirling, the wine rolls over the glass without tearing, and when it calms down and settles at the bottom of the glass, wine tears appear on the walls continuously for a full few minutes. Ripe and rich scent with the first association of autumn fruit such as pears and apples, and after the wine breaths others scents appear such as nuts, minerals and dried grass. The taste and smell are very rich, full and strong. Spicy tones of wood that are barely detectable on the nose or completely neutral, come to the fore here. The beginning is marked by a creamy taste caused by abundant extract and type of vinification, in the middle there is a wave of strength and heat caused by strong alcohol, and only at the end the wine spills into numerous layers that reveal the complexity, beauty and finesse of this wine. One of them is a mild tannin touch that imperceptibly dries the palate and balances the creaminess of the beginning, then there is a note of nuts with an emphasis on almonds which gives the ripe fruit of the aroma a fine counterbalance, then spicy tones derived from wood gently sting in harmony with powerful alcohol, and finally a mild bitterness that builds on the pliable acids and makes it an ideal food wine. In the end the most important - minerality. Already perceptible through scent, through tones of flint and the smell of the sea, it doubles down on all its fullness in the taste, where it is manifested from the beginning to the end through salinity and spiciness, and a kind of roughness that remains in the mouth. Great wine with an aging potential of about ten years at least. More discreet at the beginning than its predecessor, it will be more ready to accept tertiary aromas and it will do so with more finesse.
