Grgić Plavac mali
The grapes for this wine were selected from the best vineyards from the famous sites of Dingač and Trstenik on the Pelješac Peninsula. The wine was made in the style and under the supervision of Miljenko Grgić and Ivo Jeremaz, known in California and the world as the best producers of chardonnay and zinfandel wines. The wine was fermented with natural yeasts in conditions of controlled temperature, which helped the wine express its varietal character and fruitiness. After fermenting, it aged for eight months in special oak barrels imported from France. They enriched the wine with the pleasant oak aromas. It then matured for over a year in bottles where the scents blended and harmonized, and the taste softened. The wine is rich in delicate tannins and pleasant aromas of blackberries, prunes and Dalmatian flowers. Enjoy it as long as possible. CHEERS!
