Excellent as an aperitif served on 10 °C, but it also pairs well with tapas with cured meat and light pasta dishes.

A non-alcoholic rosé made out of Grenache. After a short maceration of 24 hours, the fermentation in stainless steel thanks starts, followed by dealcoholization. The result is a wine with intense pink color and orange highlights. Notes of a strawberry jam are present on the nose, followed by hints of citrus. Well-balanced and fresh on the palate. Of a gentle-sweet finish, followed by notes of caramel and citrus.
