The wine made out of the Verdejo variety from the Rueda region. Before the wine production, the selection of the grapes from the best parcels in the Duero River valley is done. A cold maceration of three hours is followed by the fermentation in stainless steel tanks. A pale yellow color and aromaticity full of freshness and fruitiness. Herbceaus notes of fennel are well-combined with fruity notes of a pineapple. On the palate, the wine is gentle and silky yet fresh.
