Zure Pošip comes from an Island of Korčula, where this variety perfectly represents the character of the terroir, especially on the sand soil of Lumbarda. In the Zure Winery, pošip is produced as a fresh wine, with fermentation and maturation in the stainless steel tanks, keeping the characteristical fresnhess and fruitiness of the variety. Golden yellow color with cristal highlights. On the nose, aromas of stone fruit, like peaches and apricots with a gentle touch of dried figs and Mediterranean herbs. Dry on the palate, medium-bodied with pleasant freshness. The wine with fine minerality and a long lasting, salty finish.
