This Syrah comes from terraced vineyards planted on gravelly, mineral-rich soils. Upon arrival at the cellar, the grapes undergo cold maceration, followed by fermentation and aging in wood. The wine shows a deep ruby-red color and a pronounced aromatic profile, abundant with red berry fruit notes, subtly complemented by vanilla and spices. On the palate, it is full-flavored, with silky tannins and a long, elegant finish.
