Dom Pérignon Rosé was created to constantly push boundaries. It embodies a timeless desire to explore limits, drawing on the raw power of Pinot Noir. Softened by a slow, masterful transformation over nearly 15 years in the cellar, Dom Pérignon Rosé is a vibrant incarnation of light and darkness. The first half of the summer of 2010 was warm and dry, before giving way abruptly to heavy rainfall in mid-August, creating one of the most challenging vintages in recent years. Contrasts defined the year – rapid ripening, high concentration and pronounced freshness called for exceptionally rigorous grape selection. The result is Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2010, a wine of refined elegance, precision and subtle intensity.
On the nose, expressive aromas of cranberry, wild strawberry and red cherry unfold, accompanied by notes of pink grapefruit, mint and delicate spices. On the palate, it is elegant and silky. The fine tannic structure of Pinot Noir lends depth, while the freshness brings vibrancy. The finish is long, clean and persistent, marked by pronounced freshness and refined minerality.
