The wine is made from grapes from selected sites. One of them is very rocky, which adds to the complexity. The other two sites from northern Luberon are located at an altitude of 300 and 450 meters, which adds to the texture and the freshness. It consists of 85% syrah and 15% grenache from thirty year old vines. Slow extraction, long fermentation at reduced temperature with four weeks of maceration after completed fermentation. Aged in selected Colber de Nadalie barrique barrels.
