Rebula is a favorite variety among Slovenian winemakers, especially among biodynamicists and orange wine producers. This wine carries the Demeter standard - the most rigorous standard in respecting biodynamics and organic farming. Fermentation in an open barrel with natural yeasts without temperature control. It was aged in Slovenian oak, with a fuller body and higher alcohols. After a short time in the glass, the mild vanilla aromas begin to release slightly. It has a specific fullness of white wine tannins.
