Cuj Scoltime is a sparkling wine from Istria, produced by the traditional method of 100% Malvasia Istriana. The grapes come from the vineyard Vela Boška, and they are characterized by a higher level of acidity, which makes them ideal for sparkling wine production. The wine has fine pearlescence and well-balanced freshness, with aromas of brioche. As it is an extra brut sparkling wine, it pairs well also with main dishes.
