Stipančić from Stina winery is made from the indigenous variety Plavac Mali. The grapes for this wine are grown on poor soil with a lot of stones and on a slope of thirty degrees. The wine is very concentrated, yet fresh and vibrant. Deep ruby red in color and with a rich aromatic bouquet. On the nose, dominant notes of dark berry fruit and herbs dominate, followed by notes of plums, macchia and leather. On the palate aromas of dark berry fruit and dark chocolate dominate. The finish is long and slightly mineral.
