Stina Remek Djelo Plavac Mali is a special wine that comes in a limited quantity of 5600 bottles and 200 magnum bottles. The harvest is done manually, while the grape selection is done in a cellar. Fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks, and the maceration lasts between 20 and 40 days. The aging is done in barrique barrels from French and Slavonian oak. After 24 months, wine is tasted and the selection of barrels is done. On the nose, dominant aromas of plums followed by notes of chocolate and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is rich and fruity, with a light jam texture and silky tannins. An elegant wine with a long-lasting finish.
