The Grand Cru Muenchberg vineyard, located near the small town of Nothalten in the northern part of Alsace, is renowned for its use of conservative farming practices in grape cultivation. This approach aims to achieve production efficiency and sustainability while preserving natural resources. The grapes for this outstanding Riesling are sourced from this exceptional terroir. The vines grow on south-facing slopes, rooted in soil rich in volcanic sediments. Harvesting is done by hand, and after processing and fermentation, the wine is aged on fine lees until late spring. This Riesling is characterized by a pale yellow color with subtle golden reflections. On the nose, it reveals pleasant mineral aromas beautifully complemented by notes of citrus and spice. On the palate, the wine is fresh  and elegant, with a long, lingering finish that highlights delicate citrus peel nuances.
