The selection of grapes that can be labeled Royal is very rigorous. The quality and health of the grapes is essential for a long aging of the wine. After being cultivated in oak barrels for up to three years, the wine has a great aging potential. This Dingač is unusual and interesting because it is semi-sweet, but it is not perceived as a dessert wine in the mouth. Even among full-bodied wines, this Dingač would be at the very top. It is thick and concentrated, with high extracts, very high tannins which make it somewhat powdery in the mouth. Simply lavish. Sweet spices, prunes, ripe fruit, jam, tobacco, cherry jam on the palate. A long-lasting finish.
