It is an indigenous Istrian variety of noble wine, cultivated by the traditional method of aging for 9 months in wooden barrels on its own yeasts. Intense straw yellow in color. It has a subtle aroma of fruits, flowers and spices enveloped in vanilla. The taste is dry, salty, soft and rounded with a slightly bitter finish.
