The wine is made from grapes from vineyards with a naturally reduced yield, which are situated on the rocky slopes of Luberon. The soil is mostly loamy-limestone. This is a cuvée of white grenache, vermentino and roussane blended in the press. A total of 60% ferments in wooden containers, and subsequently ages for 6 months in wooden barrels, one third of them being oak barrels. A total of 40% ferments in steel containers and sits on a fine lees for 6 months, after which it is finally blended. The wine is straw yellow with silver reflections. The florality of white acacia flowers and hawthorn flowers is most accentuated on the nose. The influence of the oak is subtle and well integrated. It reveals yellow peaches, honey and sweet-spicy notes on the palate. The overall experience leans towards aged wine with good acids. The aging potential is up to 5 years. This wine is now at its peak.
