Plavac mali wine from the southern sites of Hvar. It is aged for a year to a year and a half in old and new barrique barrels (volume of 225 l), followed by another 6 months in the bottle after bottling. The wine is rich in texture with a light animal note, aromas of prunes, sour cherries and chocolate. Extremely southern in character.
