Chardonnay Oro is another label from Kolarić Vinery in the multivintage concept style. It is a blend of vintages from 2022 and 2023, of which one part of the wine was aged in wooden barrels and another in inox, which gives it a special complexity and delicacy. Apart from the regular fermentation, malolactic fermentation was also implemented for this wine, which gives it additional creminess and roundness. Innovative Croatian Chardonnay, in style of the best French Chablis.
