- 12 °C
An aged Sauvignon Blanc from the Valenta winery in Kaldir. The first part of the name, Bianca, symbolizes the freshness and character of white grapes, while the second part, Croce, refers to the vineyard location known as “Križišće,” where the vineyards from which this wine originates are situated. Elegant in appearance, with a straw-yellow color, crystalline highlights, and noticeable viscosity. The aromatic profile is dominated by herbal notes of green bell pepper and nettle, beautifully complemented by a citrus note of grapefruit. With further aeration, hints of white pepper and subtle smoky nuances emerge. Sauvignon Bianca Croce matures for 12 months in wooden barrels, gaining additional complexity and elegance. A dry, rich, and layered wine with gentle freshness and soft, delicate tannins that enhance the length and complexity of the palate. Notes of green apple are also present on the finish.
