Malvasia Templara is a limited edition Malvasia of the Rossi family from their best vineyards and produced from grapes from the oldest vineyards. The wine is named Templara because of a stone with inscriptions associated with the Knights Templars, which was found in the vineyard where the grapes come from. The wine has an intense, straw yellow color. The nose is dominated by floral aromas of acacia, accompanied by the fruity aromas of apple, white plum and apricot, and some notes of bread crust and vanilla from wood aging. The wine has a medium body, it's elegant and well balanced, with good freshness, and has aging potential for at least 5 years.
