The grapes for wine production come from the Kozana location. The vines are between twenty and thirty years old. The fermentation is done in wooden barrels, while for the aging, new and old barrels between one and three years old are used. The aging lasts for seventeen months, eleven in the barrels and six more in the bottles. Straw yellow color, on the nose are dominant aromas of apples, apricots and smoke, due to aging in the wood. On the palate, the wine is ripe, mineral and slightly salty.
