Šember amphora Qvevri

Rarely successful extreme vinification. It is made of Riesling, which spent six months in contact with the grape skins, and then another two years in oak and two years in glass. None of the additives that were consistent with biodynamic winemaking were used. The aromas are reminiscent of linden blossom, elderflower, sponges, dried apricot with a pronounced creamy minerality. This wine should sip a little all day long.
